In 2006 owner and self proclaimed bohemian (think gypsies, art and Jack Kerouac), Nancy Haggerty started her journey into gluten free and vegan baking after suffering from unexplained digestive problems, which she later discovered were due to thyroid disease. 

Having never really baked before, Nancy was not stuck to any conventional way of baking which allowed her to "bake outside the box" and create delicious baked goods using alternative ingredients. Nancy's joy and passion for baking comes through in everything she makes.  Not only does she love to bake but she loves to be able to share her creations with YOU!


Everything we bake is gluten free, dairy free and vegan. We like using natural ingredients whenever possible and do not us any artificial colors, or sweeteners.
